This Refund Policy governs the manner in which customers of KEDD Studio (hereinafter referred to as “KEDD”, “we”, "us", or “our”) can request refunds after purchasing our products and services from this website. Templates & Components Refund Policy
Our business primarily revolves around digital products, including Webflow templates, UI components, layout libraries, and customization services. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase only if the customer’s request complies with our strict refund conditions:
- Refunds will only be considered for purchases made within the first 14 days.
- The template or component library does not function as described on our official preview, or there are confirmed technical glitches caused directly by our product.
- Significant technical issues are encountered, reported, and confirmed by our technical support team, and we are unable to resolve them within fourteen (14) days of being notified.
- In case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the exact same product, we will refund the cost of the additional duplicate purchase.
- Refunds will only be considered for purchases made within the first 14 days.
- The template or component library does not function as described on our official preview, or there are confirmed technical glitches caused directly by our product.
- Significant technical issues are encountered, reported, and confirmed by our technical support team, and we are unable to resolve them within fourteen (14) days of being notified.
- In case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the exact same product, we will refund the cost of the additional duplicate purchase.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
Please note that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Renewals, extensions, or upgrades of any subscription or digital access.
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
- You did not submit at least one technical support request regarding the issue within the 14-day period.
- The refund request arises from dissatisfaction with a feature or functionality that we explicitly stated or showed is not available or not included in the product.
- The product was purchased by mistake, or by another individual who had authorized/legal access to your payment method, and the digital files or component data have already been downloaded or copied.
- You did not provide our support staff with sufficient evidence (such as screenshots, screen recordings, or project read-only links) to properly investigate the issue.
- We find evidence of fraud, copyright infringement, or manipulative behavior (such as purchasing a product solely to copy its source code/layouts and then requesting a refund).
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
- You did not submit at least one technical support request regarding the issue within the 14-day period.

- All customization and design requirements must be clearly communicated and confirmed during the initial consultation.
- Once the project quote is finalized and work begins, refunds cannot be issued for changes in scope or if additional services are requested later (such work will be treated as a separate service at an additional cost).
- If you wish to cancel the customization service and request a partial refund, you must inform us before 40% of the agreed tasks or project milestones are completed.
- No refunds can be issued once the custom project has been delivered in full.

- Necessary proof or documentation of the technical issue (screenshots, read-only links, etc.).
Please note: Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process and reflect in your account. All refunds will be issued back exclusively to your original method of payment (via Stripe).

Purchase from 3rd Party Marketplaces (e.g., Webflow Marketplace)
If you purchased our templates or components directly through third-party platforms (such as the official Webflow Marketplace, Envato, or LemonSqueezy), this website refund policy does not apply to your purchase.In such cases, your transaction is governed by the respective platform's return and refund policies. We do not control their financial operations, but you can always reach out to us at tehnosupp@gmail.com for technical support to help resolve any issues.
